Should the goods supplied be faulty or damaged on delivery, please contact customer services within 48 hours of delivery to arrange the replacement of the goods. We aim to replace any items within 3 working days of you notifying us. Please note, signing the delivery company consignment note means that you have received the goods in good condition.
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty (we only accept roolfine products and cladding), please make sure the item is in a re-sellable condition. Please be aware that a 20% re-stocking charge will be applied.
