Conditions of Return
We are happy to exchange goods for an alternative. Please contact us with details of the exchange as soon as possible. We will require the original goods returned along with reference to your original order and exact details of the replacement products.
In-store Returns and Refunds
Please note that under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act (2015), CWPS Ltd will accept returns on a product that is faulty or no longer needed. This is provided that it is returned in its original state as it was sold during the point of sale.
The period for returning items is 30 days.
Any non-bespoke items that are returned may be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.Any items that are made to measure, such as polycarbonate sheets, windows and doors, are non–refundable, unless wrongly supplied or faulty.
