Where does CWPS Ltd deliver to?
We usually deliver withih 40 miles of Colchester. Please visit here for more information. However, on certain occasions we may deliver outside this. Call us and we may be able to help you.

How quickly will I get my goods?

That depends if we have them in store. If it is not in stock, it may take a few days before goods arrive from our suppliers. We can either delivery them to you or you can collect from us in-store.

Will I have to sign for delivery?
Yes. Unless it has been pre-arranged in which case we will take a photograph for our records for proof of delivery.

Can I collect my goods?

Yes. You can collect your products from our Trade Counter in Colchester. We recommend calling us beforehand to ensure goods a pre-prepared and ready for your arrival.

Are products guaranteed?
The majority of our products are provided with a manufacturer guarantee. Depending on the product, the guarantee can range from 12 months to 20 years! Guarantee information should be available on product pages, if uncertain give us a call.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 1 working day of collection or delivey. We regret that CWPS will not accept any claims beyond this time frame. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more information. Terms and conditions can also be found here.

Please note that under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act (2015), CWPS Ltd will accept returns on a product that is faulty or no longer needed. This is provided that it is returned in its original state as it was sold during the point of sale.


Will I get a VAT receipt?
Yes. A VAT invoice will be included with your goods, or posted separately to your Billing Address if your goods are travelling direct from our manufacturer.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Cash, Debit Cards (Visa Debit, Maestro) and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard). We can also accept BACS and Cheques. Please be aware if you place an order using a commercial credit card you are still liable to be charged 2% for bank costs. Please see here for a full explanation.
