We can happily give our customers contact details for regular trade customers who have the relevant skills to carry out the installation. However, this referral should not be treated as a recommendation. It is up to you to decide who to employ to carry out the works on your property.
Will you install my products once they have been delivered?
No. We offer supply only.
Can I collect my products from your warehouse instead?
Yes. As a customer, you’re welcome to visit our warehouse during our usual business opening hours, which are between 7.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Goods can be collected from our warehouse door. We do not manufacture our own products but can show you samples and in some cases demonstrate certain products in action.
What if my order hasn't arrived?

Can I collect my goods?
Yes. If you have placed an order over the phone, you may come in during our opening hours to collect.
Will I have to sign for delivery?
Usually you will be asked to sign for delivery. However, due to the ongoing pandemic this is not needed at this time.
How quickly will I get my goods?
We will process your order as soon as we can, and organise a delivery date with you.. Some items, if not in stock, will need to be ordered in. We will let you know when these items have arrived to our warehouse.
Where does CWPS Ltd deliver to?
We usually deliver within 40 miles of Colchester. Please visit here for more information. However, on certain occasions we may deliver outside this. Call us and we may be able to help you.
Do you cater for trade and DIY customers?
Yes – we supply our products to anyone and everyone.

Where possible we can discuss potential design options for your needs and assist with design concepts. However, these are suggestions only; we cannot take responsibility for your final designs.

How does your trade discount programme work?
We offer a trade card system whereby trade customers can access enhanced discounts for products relating to their professions. Please contact us for more information.
Buying
Will I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, you will be able to get a VAT receipt. Contact us, and we will be able to email it to you or send it via post.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards except American Express. Payments can also be made via BACS. However, Cheques are no longer accepted.

What are your opening hours?
CWPS Ltd operates between 7.30am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
How do I get a quote?
There are several ways to contact us for a quote. You can use our calculators to get a rough estimate and get in touch with us from there. Alternatively, you can call us or email us with your query. We do also offer an online chat service. Please note that we do not offer a site survey service.

We partner with suppliers who have excellent manufacturing processes and offer their products at a fair cost. We strive to expand on our supplier network and will often explore new companies and innovations based on our customers’ requirements and requests.
We are mindful of our suppliers’ approaches towards sustainability and aim to partner with companies that take steps to reduce wastage and look after the environment. We can send you our suppliers’ own sustainability policies at your request.
